2.4 Payment Gateway Security

2.5 Transaction Charges
AThe school does not levy any additional convenience or processing fee on online transactions. 2.6 Receipts & Record Keeping
Official fee receipts, once generated, can be downloaded from the parent portal. Parents are advised to download and retain all receipts for their own records.
3.1 Non-Refundable Fees (Applicable, if any)
The following fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Admission / Registration fee;
- Prospectus fee;
- Examination and assessment fees (once the examination has been conducted);
- Fees for events, workshops, or field trips (once the event has taken place);
- Annual charges such as library fee, sports fee, and technology fee (once the academic year has commenced);
- Any fee waived or reduced as part of a scholarship or concession scheme.
3.2 Cancellation of Online Transactions
If a payment has been made online in error (e.g., duplicate payment, wrong amount, or payment made for the wrong student), the parent/guardian must notify the School's Accounts Department in writing within 5 working days of the transaction date. Requests received after this period will not be entertained.
Upon verification of the erroneous transaction, the excess or duplicate amount will be:
- Adjusted against future fee dues of the student, OR
- Refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days, at the school's discretion.
3.3 Failed or Disputed Transactions
In the event that your bank account or card is debited but the payment does not reflect in the school's records:
- First, check your payment status in the parent portal after 48 hours, as processing delays may occur;
- If the amount remains unreconciled after 3 working days, contact the Accounts Department with your transaction reference number and bank statement;
- The school will initiate a reconciliation with the payment gateway provider within 5 working days.
- Confirmed failed transactions where the debit occurred will be refunded to the original payment source within 10-15 working days.
The school shall not be liable for delays in refund caused by the payment gateway, banking intermediaries, or force majeure events.
